Winter Wellbeing Walk

Take time out, discover how to connect to the natural world and re-discover your true nature within.

Here is a special offering to align with Winter. Meeting at a new location (near Coalville) surrounded by water and woodland, we will gently explore the winter landscape and what it means to rest and release.    

Aligning with nature through natural mindfulness allows a way for you to practice and foster self-care and let go of stress. This increases feelings of connection to yourself and the natural world around you, creating an emotional bond, helping you to see yourself as part of nature. This not only helps you to feel good but also to function well.

I will create a safe space as we wander gently to allow you to focus fully on you, using natural mindfulness techniques. I will guide you on how to slow down, how to focus positive attention on yourself and engage your senses to nourish your wellbeing and re-discover you.

You will come away feeling restored and relaxed with a sense of clarity and vitality.

Bring a flask of your favourite nourishing drink and your favourite mug, something to sit on and plenty of layers as it will be quite chilly. Wellies or other suitable footwear are necessary.

 

Natural Mindfulness

       Certified Natural Mindfulness Guide

Guiding you gently throughout the walk, we will wonder, as we wander. Finding nature moments and offering prompts to help you align with the seasons.  I will help you notice nature’s beauty to tune in to relaxation, and tune out stress, distractions and worries.
Using natural mindfulness techniques I will guide you on how to slow down, how to focus positive attention on yourself and fully utilise your senses to nourish your wellbeing.

You will relax your body, calm a busy mind and come away with a sense of clarity and vitality. You will feel relaxed and restored with a deeper connection to the natural world around you.

The group is kept small to fully immerse you in nature.

My wellbeing walks can be used as a one off to promote wellbeing and as a regular practice to embed restoration of your wellbeing into your self care routine.

All locations are generally within 30 minutes of Hinckley, Leicestershire

Once you have booked your wellbeing walk, a confirmation email will be sent with full location details.
If adverse weather (heavy snow, heavy rain, high winds, high temperatures) is forecast then an alternative date will be offered.

I am unable to offer a refund to any cancellation 48 hours or less.
